The Heart Brain Connection – What We Should Know

To say there is an intimate connection between brain and heart is an understatement.

WHAT IS THE HEART BRAIN CONNECTION?

The connection runs deep. And the long held belief that the heart is just there to pump blood is no longer prevalent thinking.

There is a very deep connection and essentially this connection suggests the heart may actually be not just intimately connected to the brain, but be as smart if not smarter than the brain.

In life we are never taught to rely on our heart for information. We are always told to use our minds and figure things out with our brains, but there is research that suggests the heart is all knowing. It is wise and intuitive and it carries memories much like the brain, but on an even deeper level.

WHAT CAN WE LEARN FROM THE HEART BRAIN CONNECTION?

What we begin to learn and understand from the heart brain connection is that we are truly machines. Our minds lead the body and the body is deeply connected to the brain. And furthermore the brain is not the smartest organ after all, it’s the heart.

THE GENIUS OF HEART BRAIN CONNECTION

I’d always been fascinated with this idea of something deeper at play and the miracle machine and inner workings of the human body. A miracle God most certainly with so many intricacies.
