So this is the 3rd in series of pieces working with the Elder Wisdom Circle.
EWC was founded in Northern California and has taken off with chapters across the nation.
The non-profit is made up of elder volunteers who share advice with those who write in by mail or email.
And when you get older the advice tends to get better. You’ve got some skin in the game and you’ve had a rodeo or two to vouch for.
This time around I met with Rachima – a lovely sage who by way of law and literacy now in her later years was compelled to join the circle and offer up words of wisdom for those seeking it out.
