Another Reflection Sunday

inspirationsunday5.3Sunday for me has always been a day of reflection, an opportunity to reconcile the week. Look back at the days gone by from the previous week, gather myself for the week to come. I like to get organized for what lie ahead. I always feel reflective on this day as I count the days that have just flown by and seemingly know and anticipate another week to do the same. Sundays are always a wonderful time to work on my soul. Sundays are great time to get my priorities straight. Figure out next steps for looming projects. Take stock of how far I’ve come. Take greater stock of how much more there is to do still. Sundays are also a day I like to retreat and relax and rejuvenate my soul. I’m always sure to set aside some down time, some me time, some alone time. Alone time is a necessity for reflecting. Reflecting is always necessary for our soul evolution.
