I Ate A Yummy Salad…..

I ate a really really yummy salad and of course I had to tell you about it.  It was quite extraordinary.  It was a divine combination of textures, colors and flavors.

This, what I’m calling a strawberry salad, was so delightful I just can’t wait to reinterpret it on my own.  I’m going to the market and getting all the fixings to reconstruct this thing on my own asap.

This amazing salad consisted of the following: spinach, arugula, lots and lots of arugula (my favorite salad green hands down, arugula), sliced strawberries, pomegranate seeds, toasted and almost borderline burnt hazelnuts (out of this world), sliced radish, laced with grated parmesan.

Did I say yummy?!?!!!  Love that there are only a few basic elements and ingredients to this incredible dish.  It makes for a very simple and easy do it yourself at home recipe.  It was scrumptious.  xoxo
