Spinach Salad – Tossed Up Warm

This is a divine way to make a warm meal out of all of those cold salads.  As you all know I’m a huge proponents of greens.  As many as humanly consumable.  I’m not being fecisous either when I say this.  I mean it.  You truly can never have enough greens.  For all of those vegans and vegetarians I know I’m preaching to the choir, but this more of a gentle reminder to all of my fellow carnivores.  I however do have my moments of craving meat and then needing incremental breaks from it when I have my bouts of vegetarianism, never a vegan cause I can’t live without cheese.  Not the best thing for you and known to be a major artery blocker or backer upper, but hey I take in plenty of greens to back it all up and keep it all moving in there.  I’m a believer in – moderation.  I don’t do anything in extremes.  And I’m an Aquarian at heart – so to each is own.  I judge no one.  We have to live as we wish and of our choosing.  Side tracked sorry, I know.Back to the salad.  This lovely lively tasty delight is super easy, but can really kick up your plain old salad several notches.Ingredients:

  1. Spinach

  2. Bacon Bits

  3. Feta

  4. A light vinaigrette of your choosing

Preparation: Tossed and very lightly warmed.  Then add 2, 3, and 4.
