Self Reflection is the single greatest gift we can give ourselves. We owe it to ourselves to self reflect. It is only in self reflection we come to self discovery. And in self discovery comes the self knowing. In the self knowing we arrive at self empathy. It’s through a level of empathy for ourselves we can then make self correction. And once we self correct we can elevate the victim and in elevating the victim we become empowered light bodies who transcend. In sincere transcendence we can shed ego. With shedding of ego we release the victim. By letting go of victimhood we empower ourselves and others.
