In sticking with the keep it healthy theme there are certain things, easy little things we can do to stay fit and fabulous. The first is get plenty of raw veggies and fruits. Just this simple little fix will down on high blood pressure and or lower blood pressure exponentially.

This will give you energy if you’re down on energy. It will help drop sugar levels. It is absolutely essential to get in as much RAW plant life as humanly possibly. A sale a day will keep the doctor away. These are tried and tested tips from a local nutritionist whom I’ve met with along with friends and family. An M.D. by trade, but one of very few western doctors who is also a nutritionist and not a proponent of Pharma. Here’s why pharmaceutical and prescription pills are so bad for you.
