A star is born…..Ritchie Torres is charismatic, fearless, openly gay and just happens to be the youngest city council member of New York City and despite all of the labels that precede him he is shaping his district in a fine way one great deed at a time.
He is destined for greatness. He is the finest of public servants and we will see his light shine far and bright. A star is truly born in this fine young gentleman who is working tirelessly for the under privileged in his district. He is the exemplary ideal of public service. We need more like him.
