To be fully present in this moment requires a consciousness of oneness. This is the true meaning of Sufism. This is the principle of the Sufi. It is not a belief based on one religion or a dogmatic system of hierarchy. Sufism is a belief in One God, One world, One planet, One race. We are all One. When we understand the simplicity of this we are truly able to free ourselves of our misperceptions of the world.
We become fully free when we see the connectedness in everything and everyone. God is in everything and everywhere and we are all a part of that greater frequency. We are all energetic beings interconnected. When we see this, really see this our life and hearts become full. We are all longing for something deeper.
We are longing for love. It is what our heart longs for, yearns for, craves for. It is our nature to crave and long for love. The Sufi finds love not just in one person or being, not just in a physical sense, but in everything. We see and feel love in absolutely all life forms. It is my hope that as time goes on more and more people continue on a path of higher consciousness and come to understand this simple principle in all its glory.
We are all a oneness of consciousness. It is the organic nature of life. We need to understand this and open our hearts to it. We lose the sacred nature of this with our own misconceptions and ego. We have forced agendas even with our simple communications with one another. Sufis are forced to look beyond the lower frequency. We look beyond the ego and see God consciousness. We live with an understanding of inner peace and love for all things around us.
This is a gift and we have to make this step in our evolution. The Sufi teachings take away any complexities or the separateness train of thought. I am a Sufi mystic at heart. I awoke to this principle and way of life through deep suffering and grief. Through my pain I was forced as a student of God and higher consciousness to dig deep inside and find meaning in it all. I was shone love and light and peace through this beautiful simple belief.
I was brought to love through suffering. I now live in love and not pain. There is so much love in this world. There is so much love inside each and everyone one us. If we just really knew how much love there is in this world we could and would live in a constant state of bliss. We as God are made of love. Love is our primary nature.
This is what is at the core of each and every Sufi. LOVE.I leave you with a most beautiful saying from the great Sufi poet Rumi.“The minute I heard my first love story,I started looking for you, not knowing how blind that was.Lovers don’t finally meet somewhere. They’re in each other all along.”For more on Rumi.
