Nothing Like A Good Book
There is nothing like a good book. Reading has been a beautiful practice for me that has offered me understanding, healing, inspiration, warmth, comfort and insights.
A great book should give you all of that and leave you feeling touched, warm, cold, fuzzy, something.
It should have you pondering an idea or some aspect of your life or give you some perspective that you did not have. Either way it should bring up the feels for you.
