Declutter

Simplicity can be that thing that allows room for more in your life and that quite often starts with that declutter project you’ve been putting off.

Simplicity is perhaps the lost element in your life that has eluded you.

It is the thing from Buddhist philosophy that will wind up being your savior. Letting go and detaching is a profound principle by which we are liberated on this earthly plane. It is the attachments to people and things that in the end cause us the greatest harm.

So simplifying our lives can be a great tool on our path to liberation and sustained joy. It’s a remarkable avenue and method by which to attain everlasting freedom.

Having a deeper understanding of this from an existential point of view can be exceptionally beneficial to your overall Wellness. For more wellness tips.

Less is more. You have richer meaning in the moments when you clear the clutter. You are able to focus better. And as an energy worker I can tell you things not just living, i.e. human beings, animals and plants, but all things hold and store energy. They are made of matter and matter is made of other things and each and every thing around us in our circumference stores energy. It is projecting energy. So if you have a bunch of stuff with a bunch of energy just piled all around then this potentially will cause stagnation in certain areas of your life because all of this stuff and energy is weighing you down.

Leonardo Da Vinci said,

“Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.”

So here are some things you can do right now to begin to declutter.

  1. Clean up. What do you have too much of? Too many clothes? Too many shoes? Ok well then they have to go. It’s not serving you to have all of these things crowding your space.
